The responsibility for knowing and following the academic rules and regulations, including requirement for Diploma, rests with the student. Mentors assist students in planning their academic programmes but are not expected to releive the students of their responsibility.

Student are required to consult their mentors for assistance in proper planning and registration for academic work and are urged to keep their mentors informed of their academic progress through periodic meetings.

Student should feel free to call on his/her mentor or any faculty members (lecturers) at any time when assistance or discussion is deemed appopriate.

Student Classification:

Full-Time: 12 or more credit hours of academic load carried in each semester
Part-Time: Fewer than 12 credit hours of academic load carried in each semester
