Credit Transfer
Grade “CT” is awarded to a student as a credit transfer for achieving at least a credit for Bahasa Melayu paper in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
Pass / Fail Grade
A Pass or Fail grade will be assigned for subject that has no credit value.
Supplementary Examination
Supplementary Examination is only applied for graduating students and will be held two weeks after registration of senior students. Graduating students, with approval from the college, are allowed to sit for the examination exclusively to:
1. Repeat subject(s) failed; OR
2. Improve CGPA (core or overall) to 2.00 and above; OR
3. Any combinations of the above with maximum number of subjects allowed are two
The supplementary examination is subjected to the following conditions:

Assessment will be based on 100% marks obtained in the supplementary examination. Only the higher grades earned will be used in recomputing both the grade point average (GPA) and the cumulative grade point average (CGPA).
